Our annual production capacity is over 8 million PCS of intake & exhaust valves, the superior product is for processing the valve stem diameter from 8mm-16mm.

The main product series include CUMMINS, CATERPILLAR, STEYR, HOWO, ISUZU, MITSUBISHI, YANMAR, DOOSAN, PERKINS, DEUTZ and all kinds of China engine model. We are OEM supplier for Geely Sichuan Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd.

We passed ISO9001 in 2006 and gained ISO/TS16949 certificate in 2008. We select the high quality special valve bar material, such as: 4Cr9Si2, 4Cr10Si2Mo, 21-4N, X60, X80, 21-4NWNb etc. The production use connection processing line, heat treatment with network continous furnace, welding of double metals, valve seat welding(STELI), U shape quenching for valve rod slot, chrome plating and soft nitriding on surface.
